Richards Fathers Day Family Walk/Jog & Dog RunTAMPA This year was the 9th Annual event, and The New Barker was invited to oversee the dog-friendly ele-mentDogRun/Walk.Everydogregisteredreceivedacommemorativedoggiebandana.Thanks to participants, sponsors and volunteers along with staff from the Columbia Restaurant Group,the 9th Annual Richards Fathers Day Walk/Jog raised $150,000 for Moffitt Cancer Center, bringingthe nine-year total to $900,000. It was such a beautiful morning, said Richard Gonzmart, the fundrais-ers namesake and 4th generation caretaker of the Columbia Restaurant. This is a fun, family eventon Fathers Day that raises money for cancer research and treatment at Moffitt. I pledge we will raise thattotal to $1 million before the end of the year.
